The old city of ROuffach and Vosges foothills are just bellow, with the Rhine plain and Black Forest in the distance. The château of Isenbourg and its XII AND XV century wine cellars still carry thememory of name such as Dagobert and Charlemagne. A major center of history and sightseeing, right in the heart of the wine road and the nearby city of Colmar : the CHâteau displays all of Alsace's charm and character.

We have two dining rooms to choose from : the dining-room with marble floor and a view over the vineyards and the old town of Rouffach through picture windows or the Dagobert room with its l5th century vaulted ceiling for candlelight dinners.

From Strasbourg (53 miles) motorway A35 exit Colmar centre then N83 direction Belfort exit Rouffach nord. From Mulhouse (19 miles) take the Florival road towards Guebwiller and then follow Rouffach. At rouffach, south exit. From Beaune : motorway A36 exit Cernay-Colmar. At Rouffach, follow south exit (Rouffach sud). 2 parking lots.

By rail :
Rouffach with a change at Colmar or Mulhouse. Taxis available (0.6 miles).
